Official DRV umpires are present throughout. For the German championships, the DRV legal committee and an official regatta committee are on site.
Safety notes
- Participation is at your own risk.
- Neither the organiser nor the host is liable for personal injury or damage to property occurring during the Coastal Regatta Flensburg. This applies to damage suffered by competitors or spectators, and to damage caused by volunteers.
- If weather conditions make safe racing impossible, the regatta committee reserves the right to cancel.
- Cancellation due to force majeure does not create any claim to a refund of entry fees.
- Safety on the water is provided by SeaHelp Flensburg together with the umpire boats, which accompany every race.
- By entering, all competitors consent to the publication of photos and video in any kind of media. Objections to publication can be raised at the regatta office.
- Attendance at the coaches' and captains' meeting is compulsory for one representative per entry: current wind and weather conditions, the course and further information are announced there.
- The current competition rules (RWR) of the German Rowing Federation (DRV) form the basis for all racing.
Under-18 competitors
Where competitors under 18 are entered, responsibility for their participation lies with the entering club's team representative. Neither the organiser nor the host takes responsibility for the participation of minors. We recommend obtaining written consent from a parent or guardian in advance.
